Introduction
You need many kinds of food to grow and stay well.  Find out how to make meals that are good for you.
 
 
 



The Task
Plan and make a meal with foods from all of the food groups.

         Job 1

    1. Go to the Green page for Kids.  Click on plant parts.  Look at the plant parts. 
    2. Draw your own plant with KidPix and label the parts.
       Job 2
         Make a computer salad.

       Job 3

    1. Print a work page
    2. Visit the Food Pyramid and write the names of the food groups and how much you should eat each day.
    3. Play the food pyramid game.
       Job 5
    1. Make a good breakfast as you play Breakfast and Jump to It. 
       Job 6
    1. The class is going to make stone soup
    2. Get a letter from your teacher to give to your parents.  The letter tells how you can help the class make the soup.
       Job 7
    1. Make soup with your class.
